Biography

Gomaa Mohammad is a senior and experienced lawyer with a broad experience in all areas of law included corporate, commercial, real estate, labour and family law.

He is an experienced legal writer for civil, commercial and criminal proceedings before the Courts of First Instance, Appeal and Cassation.

Gomaa performs daily in-depth studies and provides legal opinion to BBA’s clients in all areas of law.

He started his career as an in-house legal consultant at a Cairo-based conglomerate, followed by some well- respected Egyptian Law firms before moving to the UAE, where he joined BBA.

Gomaa excelled at Al-Azhar University’s Law program with a distinction in Law Diploma. He is a member of the General Syndicate of Lawyers Arab Republic of Egypt and holds an LL.B from Tanta University in Egypt. Gomaa is a member of the Egypt Bar Association.
