Biography
Mohamed El Sayed is one of the most senior lawyers at BBA and Head of Al Ain office. He started his career in Cairo where he was admitted to the Bar Association in 2003 and after practicing for a few years in some international law firms in Egypt and UAE, he joined BBA in the 2007.
Mohamed represents a wide range of clients from different industries and has extensive experience in banking, insurance, maritime, commercial, corporate, insolvency and bankruptcy law.
He is experienced in football law having drafted many contracts for some of the most important clubs, players and coaches in the UAE.
Mohamed is well acquainted with all court procedures, both civil and criminal, including the execution stage and provide litigation support.
He has a broad experience in writing legal notice, memoranda and statements of claim, appeal and further appeal.
Mohamed holds an LL.B from Menoufia University, Shebin El-Kom, Egypt.
