Biography

Mohamed Saleh is an expert lawyer with twenty years of experience in a vast range of litigation involving, insurance, realty and contractual issues.

Before joining BBA in 2012 and became the head of Abu Dhabi Office, Mohamed spent several years working at the Court of Cassation and some well-reputed law firms in Egypt.

He holds a significant experience of litigating in both UAE and the MENA region and provides the clients with a distinct course of action direction throughout the court proceedings.

Mohamed’s credentials further include his membership of the Arab Lawyers Union, International Court for Dispute Resolution and advisor to the Arab Council of Customary Justice.

He holds an LL.B in Criminal Sciences from Alexandria University in Egypt.
