Biography

Salem Bin Bahyan is an Emirati lawyer with almost fifteen years of legal advocacy experience in the UAE and overseas. 

After founding the firm that carries his name, thanks to his dedication to the profession, Salem built one of the most well-established UAE’s law firms. 

He is considered a top litigator in the UAE Courts with extensive experience in criminal, family, corporate and civil disputes. 

Salem advises both local and international clientele, included banks, insurances, malls, financial institutions, large conglomerates and family businesses. 

The UAE authorities often involve Salem in the drafting or amending of the latest UAE’s legislations.

Salem is also Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee at the UAE Football Association, Chief Legal Advisor for Family Development Foundation. 

He served for five years as an officer at the UAE Ministry of Interior. Salem held an LL.B in Sharia and Law from the UAE University of Al Ain.
